*I f you have had a cosmetic tattoo applied previously by another artist– You are still a NEW client for me. Your procedure is NOT considered a “Refresher” for me. I do not know what pigments were previously used; the method of application, what layer of skin the pigment was placed into, if your needle was disposed of properly, if cross contamination occurred, or any other factors. Full price fees will be charged for each first procedure from me.
* All new permanent makeup procedures are a process. It is impossible to know ahead of time how your skin will accept color, keep color or how the “tonal” value of the color will change when healed and seen through your skin with your undertones affecting the hue. A second or third procedure, referred to as a “top off” may be necessary to obtain and achieve desired results.
* Current pricing for all new, first and initial procedures includes all topical anesthesia to make you as comfortable as possible along with all set up and disposable supplies and an after care cream, with instructions, to take home. The first follow up “top off” procedure needs to be performed between 6-8 weeks of original procedure and the fee is for set up only. It is rare that a second “top off” procedure is needed for your satisfaction, however, if you are not satisfied with the color retention or tonal value six weeks after your first “top off” procedure, than one more procedure, only, will be offered at the same “top off” price. “Top off” appointments will be charged a $75 set up fee and this fee will be guaranteed for 5 months only following your initial procedure date. This 5 months time frame allows for 2 “follow up/top off” color boosters IF NEEDED. Any and all other appointments after 5 months of original procedure date are referred to as color refreshers and the current fees, at such date of procedure, will apply. Color does fade over time due to exposure, topical creams, sun, sweat, pool/spa water, etc. It is a varied range of time period between individuals, usually between 1-5 years, for color refreshers to be needed. All visits for color refreshers will be charged at current “refresher” prices.
*** NON REFUNDABLE Consultation/Booking Fee $75 is required to book an appointment for cosmetic tattoo procedure. It will be applied to the procedure fee and the balance will be due on procedure day.
*** CANCELLATION POLICY…48 hours is required to cancel your appointment. If cancelled before 48 hours your $75 will be applied to your rescheduled request for an appointment. If NOT cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you forfeit your deposit. You may request to reschedule your appointment with another $75 deposit. Be sure to confirm I got your cancellation message with a reply from me. A text that I don’t respond to because I didn’t receive it does not constitute contacting me. I will confirm by response to cancellations otherwise assume I did not receive it.
